Whenever I telephoned, the wait time was always very short, and I also found the staff generally helpful and courteous. I also found it was quite easy to speak to their staff. They also left me quite frequent voicemail messages telling me what paperwork was still outstanding, which was helpful. Neither breezeplus CEO or Santander complaints gave a flying **** about the abysmal service, the former just fobs complaints off and the latter just passes you straight back to Breezeplus.(I am incredibly disappointed with Santander about this) I implore anyone who finds out they have been allocated breezeplus to refuse immediately and pay for their own legals, you will find the cost is nothing compared to losing your sanity if you have to deal with them. On the rare occasions they contacted me it was garbled and nonsensical.

It took them 3 full months, to the very day of expiry of my mortgage offer, to do a simple transaction, and even then they got basic things wrong, that I had to constantly pick them up on. From day 1 their incompetence shone like a beacon. Breezeplus were unknowingly foisted on me as part of a a "free legal services" offered by Santander (remortgage). Even 1 star is 1 too many for this dreadful bunch.Įven 1 star is 1 too many for this shower of idiots.
